Reservation Policies:

• All reservations must be secured with a deposit.  
• Deposit amount required: $600 per week per cabin or 50% of stay. Multiple cabins or weeks require additional deposit amounts.
• Deposit for nightly or multiple nights: One night’s rate or 50% of your stay.
• In case of cancellation, all deposits will be refunded in full if cancellation is made 90 days prior to beginning date of reservation.
• Payment shall be made by cash, check, Travelers Check, Visa, MasterCard, & Discover.
• Rates are subject to change without notice.
• Notification of late arrivals after 6:00 p.m. is appreciated to ensure your reservation.
• Sorry! No pets.
• Checking in time 2:00 p.m. (summer)   Fall & winter: Call for check in & out times.
• Checking out time 9:00 a.m. (summer) Fall & winter: Call for check in & out times.
• Subject to 6.5% MN State Tax    3% Local Lodging Tax
• Housekeeping cabins require you provide your own towels and dish cloths. Everything else is provided.

Directions: 169 E from Ely 1.5 miles to Kawishiwi Trail/Co Rd 58-16; turn right; go 1.4 miles to Garden Lake Rd; turn left  and go 1 mile to resort, first Y in road turn left at the signs.
